Who can be invited to your wellspace?

Anyone can be invited to your wellspace, including contractors, consultants, and even family members.
A Wallit wellspace is made up of categories and an allowance where team members can shop for products and services to improve their well-being together. Read on to learn how to invite your teammates to Wallit.

Wellspace invitation permissions
Your ability to invite other people to your wellspace depends on your role in Wallit and your wellspace settings:
- Wellspace Owners and Wellspace Admins can invite members and guests.
- Wellspace members can invite other members, if their wellspace is on one of Wallit's paid plans)
- By default, Guests cannot send invitations.
Note: Anyone who has been invited can join their wellspace automatically. However, all invited members will need to be approved by a Wellspace Owner or Admin to enable their benefit allowance before they are eligible for an reimbursement.
Send an invitation
How you invite people to a wellspace depends on your Wallit plan and the device you're using.
Free version of Wallit
On the free version of Wallit, owners, admins, and members can invite other members to join their wellspace.
Desktop
- From your desktop, click your wellspace name in the top left.
- Select Invite people to [wellspace name] from the menu.
- Enter the email address for anyone you'd like to invite.
- Click Send, then click Done.
Mobile - iOS and Android
- From the Home tab, swipe right.
- Tap the three dots icon next to your wellspace name.
- Tap Invite Members.
- Enter the email address for anyone you'd like to invite, or tap Invite from Contacts to select people saved to your device.
- Tap Send.
Plus and Enterprise plans
On the Plus and Enterprise plans, members can invite other members to join their wellspace. Wellspace Owners and Wellspace Admins can invite members and guests.
Desktop
- From your desktop, got to your wellspace page
click your wellspace name in the top left.
- Select Invite people to [wellspace name] from the menu.
- Enter the email address for anyone you'd like to invite. If you're a Wellspace Owner or Admin, click the drop-down menu to choose whether you'd like to invite members or guests.
- Click Send, then click Done.
Mobile - iOS and Android
- From the Home tab, swipe right.
