Whether you're a member of one Wallit wellspace or many, you can use the same email address to sign in to all of them. Read on to learn how to sign in to Wallit with your email address.

Note: Wallit's Android and iOS apps have facial recognition to make signing to your Wallit even easier and more secure.

 

Sign in to your wellspace

Here is a quick guide to help you sign into all three of our applications, web, iOS and Android.

Desktop

1. From your browser, visit https://wallit.app/signin.
2. Enter your username (you can use your email address too) and password, then click Sign In. 
3. If single sign-on (SSO) is required for your wellspace or Enterprise org, authenticate with your company's SSO provider to finish signing in.

 

iOS and Android

1. Open the Wallit app, then tap Sign in.
2. If single sign-on (SSO) is required for your wellspace or Enterprise org, authenticate with your company's SSO provider to finish signing in.

Troubleshoot issues with signing in

If you’re unable to sign in to Wallit, read on to learn how to troubleshoot some of the most common issues.

You forgot your password

Use our password reset to set a new password so you can sign in to your account and any wellspaces associated with your email address. 

You forgot your username

If you can't remember your username, try using your email address as that works too. If you're still having trouble, use our forgot username and provide your email address or username and we will email your username.
