Manage your billing details

Who can use this feature?
  • Wellspace Owners  who upgrades a wellspace
  • Free and Plus plans

Wellspace Owners who have upgraded a wellspace can view and manage payment details from the Benefits page on the Team Admin tab.


Manage payment methods

Currently, we only support one card on file. In the future, we may decide to add the ability to save and pay with more than one card.

Update a credit card

  1. From your desktop or mobile app, go to your Wallit wellspace.
  2. Tap the   Menu button (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner.
  3. Tap Wellness from the menu options.
  4. Tap the Add funding method link in the "2. Benefits" section.
  5. Enter the new card details and click the Add Card button.

  4. Tap the Change funding method link in the "2. Benefits" section.
  5. Tap the Remove Card button.
  6. Enter the new card details and click the Add Card button.


Switch to invoicing

To pay by self-serve invoice, a wellspace must be on an annual payment schedule and meet certain wellspace requirements. Wellspace Owners who upgraded a wellspace can review what's required,and contact us to request to switch to paying by invoice:
