Change your funding method

Who can use this feature?
  • Owners and Admins can manage their Wellspace invitations.
  • Free, Plus, and Enterprise plans.

Wellspace Owners and Admins who have upgraded a wellspace can view and manage payment details from the Team Admin section.


Change your funding method

Here's how Wellspace Owners can manage a payment method:

Desktop

  1. From your desktop, go to your Wallit wellspace.
  2. Click the   Menu button (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner.
  3. Click Wellness from the menu options.
  4. Click the Change funding method link in the "2. Benefits" section.

  5. Click the Remove Card button.

  6. Enter the new card details and click the Add Card button.

 

Mobile - iOS and Android

  1. From your mobile device, open your Wallit app.
  2. Tap the   Menu button (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner.
  3. Tap Wellness from the menu options.
  4. Click the Change funding method link in the "2. Benefits" section.

  5. Click the Remove Card button.

  6. Enter the new card details and click the Add Card button.
